Shipping policy

All orders placed before 5:00 PM will be shipped the same day provided the ordered items are in stock.

All packages are currently send with DPD, UPS or TNT.

All orders within the Netherlands are shipped free of charge.

All orders within EU (Europeese Unie) over € 50 are shipped free of charge.

Below € 50, shipping costs of € 4.95 will be charged.

The average delivery time is 1-3 working days.

 

Package not received:

Consult the estimated delivery times to know when you can expect your order. If there is a delay at one of our delivery partners, we will give the delivery service 5 working days to deliver your package. We continue to assume that your package will be delivered correctly. If your package has still not been delivered after these 5 working days, please contact us by email contact@allsmartcase.nl Do not forget to mention your order number and the correct delivery address so that we can quickly find a suitable solution.
